While everyone knows that teaching adults is different from teaching children, many ABE professionals do not have access to training and resources that are applicable specifically to adult education. Funded by the Minnesota Department of Education, ATLAS brings Hamline University faculty and staff expertise in adult and ESL teacher education to provide best practice resources and professional development for adult basic education teachers, staff, and administrators across the state.
